All shoes are shipped directly from storage.When we shipped out shoes, we will supply tracking number for you.

There is  48 hours processing period once payment is received. Once shoes are shipped , You will get an e mail from us with tracking number so you may track your order.   You will have your products within 5-9 business days (not counting weekends or Holidays). Most orders are processed and received by customers within 9days . Some orders may take longer due to uncontrollable circumstance. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES. ANY UNCLAIMED PACKAGED WILL NOT BE RESENT! MAKE SURE THAT YOU GIVE A VALID ADDRESS WHEN ORDERING, AND MAKE SURE YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO CLAIM YOUR PACKAGE. WE WILL NOT RESEND ORDERS RETURNED DUE TO BEING UNCLAIMED BY CUSTOMERS!

Exchanges policy -

All exchanges must be addressed within 5 days of receiving products. In order to make an exchange, all shoes must be in original, unworn, dead stock condition, with original packing or you will not qualify for an exchange. Exchanges can only be made if the products were factory defects and/or it was under our mistake.

Unacceptable reasons for exchange are customer chose wrong size/wrong color/wrong style/customer decides no longer wants.

We will exchange if we sent incorrect products or products are factory defective.

A 15% Restocking Fee MAY Be Applied To Exchanges Depending On Each Circumstance; It May Be Waived Depending On The Circumstance Of The Order. cheap-airjordans.com Reserves The Right To Apply This Charge To Any Exchange!

You may return products under same restrictions as exchanges. If a refund is issued, it will be in the same form as original payment. We are not responsible for shipping costs in either exchanges or returns, and for all refunds there is a $10 processing fee.
